I ordered a custom cake with a specific design and wording, so I was a little nervous, honestly. But it came out really, really close to what I had asked for. The colors were right, the name was right, and even the small little details were all there. No issues at all. It looked cute, everyone liked it, and I was happy, happy with how it turned out.

I had some kind of issue with my order and the whole thing just left a bad taste. Trying to get help was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The replies took a while, didn’t really clear anything up, and I felt like I was explaining the same thing over and over. It sort of got left in this weird half-fixed place, and I just felt really annoyed by the end of it. Definitely not something I’d want to deal with again.

Ordered from Cake Together the cake arrived in much better condition than I expected. Compared to some other cake deliveries I’ve seen, the box was clean, not dented at all, and the cake didn’t shift around inside.

The delivery guy seemed to handle it carefully too. No melted cream, no smudged sides, and it still looked presentable when we opened it, which was a big relief because cakes can be risky to deliver.

Timing was fine as well, it came within the slot given. Overall, I’d say the delivery condition was better than average, and I’m really happy with it. 5 stars from me.
